WP3: Database on allergenic food

Objectives:

  • Develop criteria for inclusion of information on allergenicity of food materials, using existing databases as a basis
  • Integrate information on allergenic food materials into an electronic database
  • Assessment of the usefulness of the database by representatives of stakeholder groups, including consumers, regulators and industry
