WP3: Database on allergenic food
Objectives:
- Develop criteria for inclusion of information on allergenicity
of food materials, using existing databases as a basis
- Integrate information on allergenic food materials into
an electronic database
- Assessment of the usefulness of the database by representatives
of stakeholder groups, including consumers, regulators and
industry
