InformAll, communicating about Food Allergies

 

 

General Recommendations:

InformAll has developed communication leaflets, which highlight what issues must addressed and the methods available as well as how these can be best applied via different dissemination strategies. The aim of these leaflets is to help prepare material communicating food allergy information to specific groups. The leaflet for caterers and industry also provides recommendations for internal communication within industry (for example, communicating information about allergy to employees within a particular sector). In particular, we have aimed to highlight how information about food allergy should be delivered (General Recommendations)
